摘要:随着社会信息化的发展,计算机已经越来越广泛的应用到日常的办公中,成为了现代化办公中不可缺少的基础设施与技术支撑环境。小型的企业想要立足于市场,提高工作效率是必要的。公文管理信息系统是能够让员工的办事效率得到显著的提高的系统。

   公文是企事业单位在行政管理活动或处理公务活动中产生的具有传递信息和记录事务作用的载体。公文管理的核心内容就是高效的解决公文流转的问题。

   在查阅大量相关资料以及一些现有的相关信息系统的基础上对公文管理加深了理解,从而得出了本系统的需求分析。分析总结了当今公文管理的现状,结合小企业的规模小、业务相对单一等特点,利用ASP.NET和SQL Server为开发工具设计了公文管理信息系统。本系统主要包括对公文进行起草和发送,设定公文的流转路径,对公文进行审批,查看公文的审批情况,委托其他用户代替自己审批公文,设置公文的类别和紧急程度,管理员工和部门信息等功能。

   在本文中分别陈述了对于本系统的可行性分析,开发技术的分析,系统的需求分析,数据库的设计,功能结构的设计以及系统的实现。

Abstract:With the development of social information, computer has been widely applied to daily office, it has become indispensable in modern office infrastructure and technical support environment. Small businesses want to foothold in the market, it is necessary to improve the work efficiency. Document management information system, which is a system that can greatly improve employees' work efficiency. 

   The document that is produced by enterprises and institutions in the administrative management activity or business activities is a carrier of information and records transactions. The core content of document management is the efficient solution to the problem of document flow.

   To deep the understanding the document management, I consult a large number of relevant information and some existing information system on the basis of document management, thus the demand analysis of this system is obtained. Analysis the current situation of today's document management, combined with the characteristics of small enterprises with small scale, relatively simple business, I choose ASP.NET and SQL Server as development tools to design the document management information system. This system mainly includes the drafting and sending the document, setting the circulation route of official documents, examining and approving the document, checking the approval of document, authorizing other users to replace their approval document, setting the document category and urgency, managing staff and the department of information and other functions.

   In this thesis I present the analysis of feasibility of the system, the analysis of the development technology, the needs analysis of the system, the design of database, the design of function structure and the realization of the system.
