摘要：随着高校教学体制的改革和教学管理现代化进程的加快以及在校大学生人数的不断增加，教务系统的数据量也在不断上涨，通过网络进行选课成为教学管理现代化建设的一种必然趋势。一直以来，人们通过传统的纸上选课的方式来进行操作，既浪费了大量的人力物力，又浪费了时间，同时在人为的统计过程中会不可避免的出现一些错误，由此促使高校学生选课系统产生。通过高校学生选课系统，学生只需通过在电脑中输入自己的个人选课信息即可进行选课，非常简单方便；老师也可借助这一系统方便的了解选课学生的信息及选课情况，从而合理安排课程内容；管理员和二级学院管理员则可通过此系统对相关课程进行上课时间及任课教师的安排，从而提高高校教学管理的效率，同时也为学生管理带来方便。
针对学生选课这一环节，本系统从教师的课程申请以及学生网上自主选课两个大方面进行了开发，基本上实现了学生的在线个人信息查询、选课功能以及教师对课程的申请与申授等。而且在选课的这一系列操作中，可以通过管理员管理整个系统使其有条不紊的运行，体现了现实性与人性化。
本程序前台采用Adobe Dreamweaver CS4进行页面制作，后台由SQL Server2000数据库支持，通过使用ASP实现动态网页的效果，连接数据库以完成使用者的要求。本文中除了有对程序的总体设计、详细设计、功能实现等主体部分外，还介绍了与高校学生选课管理信息系统相关的Adobe Dreamweaver CS4、ASP、SQL Server 2000数据库等的基本内容及发展情况。

And in the course of this series of operations, its methodical run by administrators to manage the entire program, reflecting the reality and humanity.
