摘要:注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本课题就是将笔记本散热支架作为设计模型,将注射模具的相关知识作为依据,阐述塑料注射模具的设计过程。利用UG软件对塑件进行了实体造型, 通过对塑件的工艺分析,设计出塑料模具。

   本毕业设计说明书首先介绍了模具设计与分类,然后对产品材料性能做了介绍,并初步选择注塑机。

   本说明书还详细叙述了模具机构方案,包括实体建模、确定分型面、成型零部件的结构设计、脱模机构、合模导向机构、顶出机构、浇注系统、冷却系统等等的设计过程。接下来选择了重要零件模具型腔,进行工艺分析并利用UG软件对其进行模拟的NC数控加工。最后用AutoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图,以及脱模过程示意图。

   本设计通过对笔记本散热支架注射模具设计,巩固和深化了所学知识,取得了比较满意的效果,达到了预期的设计意图,并积累了相关的设计意念与经验。

ABSTRACT:Plastic injection molding is an important method, which is mainly applied to the thermoplastic plastic molding, molding can be a complex shape of precision plastic parts. Is the topic of the notebook heat dissipation bracket as a design model, the injection mold-related knowledge as a basis, elaborates the design process of plastic injection mold. The use of software UG plastic parts for the solid modeling, plastic parts of the process analysis, design of plastic mold.

   The graduation design instruction booklet first introduced the mold design and classification, and then on the material properties of the product were introduced, and the initial choice of injection molding machine.

   The specification also describes in detail the mold mechanism scheme, including modeling, determine the face, forming parts of the structure design, demoulding mechanism, guide mechanism in mould clamping, ejecting mechanism, pouring system, cooling system and so on in the design process. Next select the important parts of the mold cavity, analysed the technology and use the UG software to simulate the NC CNC machining. Finally, AutoCAD mapping using a set of mold assembly drawing and parts drawing, as well as the stripping process sketch map.

   Through the design of the notebook heat dissipation bracket injection mold design, consolidate and deepen the knowledge, and achieved satisfactory results, to achieve the desired design intent, and the accumulation of the relevant design ideas and experience.
