摘要:液体传动是以液体为工作介质进行能量传递和控制的一种传动系统。液压系统的设计是整个机器设计的一部分,它的任务是根据机器的用途、特点和要求,利用液压传动的基本原理,拟定出合理的液压系统图,再经过必要的计算来确定液压系统的参数,然后按照这些参数来选用液压元件的规格和进行系统的结构设计。本次设计的主要目的是把这四年来所学到的知识进行总结,理论与实践相结合,为以后进入工作岗位奠定良好的基础。本次的设计是参照《液压设计手册》,采用传统设计方法来设计一台小型液压机的液压系统。各章的主要内容如下:
第一章介绍了本次设计的主要内容和液压传动的发展现状和发展趋势。
第二章主要是对液压系统进行工况分析,工况分析包括运动分析和负载分析,按照分析结果绘制出液压缸速度图和负载图,液压缸的参数确定,绘制工况图。
第三章包括液压缸尺寸参数的确定,液压缸结构的选择和液压缸总成图的绘制。
第四章主要是液压缸供油方式的选择和液压回路的选择以及原理图的绘制。
第五章主要是液压泵的规格和电机的型号的选择和阀类元件和蓄能器、油管等液压辅助元件的选择。
第六章包括液压系统中路管系统压力损失的验算,这主要是沿程压力损失和局部压力损失,再较准确的调节溢流阀。还要进行液压系统发热升温验算。
本次设计主要成果是最终设计出了一台小型液压机的液压系统,并且在实训台上得到了验证。

Abstract:Liquid transmission medium to work as liquids energy transfer and control of a transmission system. Hydraulic system design is part of the whole machine design, its task is based on machine USES, characteristics and demands, using the basic principle of hydraulic transmission, draw up a reasonable hydraulic system graph, and then after the necessary calculation to determine the parameters of hydraulic system, then according to the parameters to choose hydraulic components specifications and system structure design.The design of the main purpose is to take this four years the knowledge you have learned to carry on the summary, combining theory with practice is later into jobs lay the good foundation. The first chapter is preface part, mainly introduces the design of the main content and hydraulic transmission development present situation and trend of development.
The second chapter of hydraulic system is working condition analysis, working load and the analysis included motion analysis, according to the analysis result analysis of drawing out the hydraulic cylinder velocity diagram and load figure, hydraulic cylinder of parameters, draw condition figure.
The third chapter is hydraulic cylinder of design, including the hydraulic cylinder size parameter is determined, hydraulic cylinder structure choice and hydraulic cylinder assembly drawing.
The fourth chapter is hydraulic system diagram, mainly is formulating the hydraulic cylinder injection mode selection and hydraulic loop choice and principle chart drawing.
The fifth chapter is components choice, mainly is the specifications and motor pump type selection and valve class components and accumulators, hydraulic auxiliary components pipe of choice.
The sixth chapter is hydraulic system, including the checking hydraulic system pressure loss of central tube system checked, this is mainly frictional pressure loss and partial pressure loss, again accurate adjustment relief valve. But to hydraulic system fever warming checking.
This design achievements are the final design a small hydraulic hydraulic system, and verified in training platform.
