摘 要:板坯输送辊道是连铸车间十分重要的设备之一,它的存在保证了整个钢厂的正常运转,其作用是将连铸机出来切割成段的的钢坯运送到轧钢车间。从连铸机出来的钢坯温度能达到900摄氏度左右,对设备的耐高温的要求较高,板坯重量很大,且冲击较大。板坯输送辊道按其传动方式可以分为:集中传动,单独传动。本文根据任务要求和现场条件负载大、输送距离不远、冲击较大等条件选用集中传动方案,就集中传动进行了动力装置的选取、传动部分的计算及其结构设计、执行部分的计算和结构设计、以及设备的安装与维护方面应该注意的问题。

Slab conveying roller can be divided into Individual drive and Centralized transmission according to the driving methods .Based on the mission requirements and site conditions: heavy load, transmission distance is short; the impact is large, so choose Centralized drive. With Centralized drive have done the following things: Selection of the power unit; transmission part of the calculation and Structure design; Execution unit calculations and structural design; As well as equipment installation and maintenance issues.
