摘 要:本课题研究的主要内容是电铅阴极制造线上,上层铜棒加入机的设计。其作用是在粗铅精炼时,向铅片加入铜棒,以使铅片能达到更好的精炼效果。炼铅过程中,伴随着一定量的有毒物质,因此在炼铅过程中多采用自动机械设备,同时也有利于提高炼铅效率和炼铅质量。电铅阴极制造上层铜棒加入机,就是炼铅过程中的重要设备,为之后的炼铅过程顺利、快速进行提供保证。设计中从上层框架,升降装置,送料装置,分别设计。上层框架结构应能支撑起一定量的铜棒,主要是满足刚度要求。升降装置由提升缸,升降轨道等组成,在向阴极片中加入铜棒时,使铜棒能连续的一根一根的加入。升降装置应能平稳的带动一定量的铜棒一起升降,过程应有润滑。送料装置与升降装置一样,运动要平稳安全。送料装置,由水平送料缸,上层升降梁等组成。上层升降梁即起到升降铜棒的效果,同时又送料铜棒,所以要保证上层升降梁的刚度,强度,以及运动的平滑性,流畅性。

Abstract:The main content of this research is the upper copper adding machine design in electric lead cathode manufacturing line. In the refining of crude lead, to make the lead sheet joined to copper automatically, so the lead sheet can be refined to achieve better results. In the process of lead smelting, along with a certain amount of toxic substances, therefore lead smelting process we should use automated machinery and equipment, to improve the efficiency and the quality of lead smelting. Upper copper cathode manufacturing electrical lead adding machine is important equipment to smelting lead fast and smoothly. The design contains the upper frame, lifting devices, feeding devices. The upper frame structure should be able to prop up a certain amount of copper, mainly to meet the stiffness requirements. By the lift cylinder lifting devices, lifting rails and other components, the film added to the cathode copper, the copper can make a continuous join. Lifting device should be able to bring a certain amount of smooth lifting rods together, the process should be lubricated. Feed device should also be smooth and safe just like lift devices. Feeders are made up of the horizontal feeding cylinder, the upper lifting beams and other components. Upper lift beam make the copper go up and down, also feed the rod, so it is necessary to make sure the stiffness, strength, and motion smoothness, fluency of the upper lifting beam.
