摘  要:遥控器是常用的家电产品,本课题介绍了遥控器后盖的注塑工艺过程。该模具采用流动性、稳定性较好的ABS塑料,通过分析塑件的材料特性和结构特性,根据塑件与浇注系统体积粗选注塑机,由塑件尺寸分别对模具型腔、型芯的径向和深度方向进行尺寸计算,选取一系列标准件如:标准模架、浇口套等。

   根据塑件尺寸结构选择分型面与合适的型腔布置方案,计算并设计了主流道、浇口尺寸及浇口布置方案。再由零件总体尺寸计算出镶件大小,根据塑件布置形式设计出了推出机构与拉料杆,并设计出排气系统与冷却系统。

   由模架和浇注系统的参数校核注塑机的注塑压力、锁模力。通过模具与注塑机的安装尺寸进行了模具高度与注塑机装配高度、模具外形尺寸与拉杆尺寸、模具行程与注塑机开模行程参数的校核。最后,介绍了模具的安装、调试与维护。

Abstract:Remote control is widely used in household electrical appliances, this topic describes the back cover of the remote control plastic injection molding process. The mold is used by ABS plastic, with a better mobility and stability. According to analysis the material properties and structural characteristics, based on the plastic part and gating system roughing choice the injection molding machine for plastic parts. According to the plastic size, the mold cavity dimensions respectively and the core's radial dimensions and depth calculation, select a range of standard components such as: standard die set, sprue bushing, etc. 

   Base on the size of the plastic part, Select the parting surface and suitable cavity layout scheme. Calculation and design the mainstream road, gate size and layout scheme of gate. By the part overall dimensions to calculate the mold insert size. According to the layout scheme of plastic parts design for the ejecting mechanism and the pull bar, then design the cooling system and exhaust system. 

   Base on the die carrier and the parameter of the gating system, check the molding pressure and clamping force of the injection molding machine. According to the mold size and the installation dimensions of the injection molding machine, check the mould height and the assembly height of the injection molding machine, the die size and Rod size, the die stroke and the opening stroke parameter of the injection molding machine. At last, describes the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the mould.
