摘 要:包塑机实际是塑料挤出机的一种特殊形式,目前包塑滚花钢管广泛用于公交车、地铁等交通工具的扶手和公园、商场等环境设施的护栏,其制造工艺为:钢管被送往包塑机后经过电加热炉预热、塑料挤出机挤出塑料包裹到钢管上、经冷却后成包塑钢管,后道工序重新加热再在塑料层滚花。由于加热炉内各区域温度的检测精度与控制精度较低,包塑钢管的输送也难以与预热温度相关匹配,影响了生产效率;预热加热炉包塑钢管的加热温度均匀性不高,造成滚花的深浅不一致,且在塑料外层加热后滚花,滚花的边界不够光滑,因此影响了包塑钢管的加工质量;同时,常规的电加热炉加热方式能耗较大,加热区域长、占地面积大。本文采用高频感应加热、包塑、预冷、滚花、终冷的一体化生产工艺,根据各段工艺温度及工作要求,在此基础上对各个加热方式及结构进行优化设计,对挤出机的基础方式进行选择和螺杆进行设计计算。整个工作过程由计算机控制加热功率、风冷流量、调整送进速度,达到节能、高效和高质量的生产效果。

ABSTRACT:Package is actually a plastic extruder presses a special form, the current knurled plastic coated steel is widely used in buses, subway and other transportation handrails and parks, shopping malls and other environmental facilities of the fence, its manufacturing process: steel pipes after the package sent through the electric furnace preheated presses, plastic extruder plastic wrap onto the tube, after cooling into packets steel tube, after the procedure re-heated again in the knurled plastic layer. Because of the heating furnace zone temperature control accuracy and the detection accuracy is low, the transport packet steel pipe is difficult to match with the relevant preheat temperature, affecting the efficiency of production; preheating furnace steel tube package heating temperature is not high, causing the depth of knurled inconsistent, and heating the plastic outer knurled knurled border smooth enough, thus affecting the packet processing quality steel tube; Meanwhile, conventional electrical energy is wasted heating furnace, the heating zone long, covers an area larger. In this paper, high frequency induction heating, coated, pre-cooling, knurling, final cooling integrated production process, according to the process temperature and the working segment requirements, on the basis of the structure of the various heating methods and to optimize the design of the extrusion machine based approach to selecting and screw design calculations. The entire work process heating power is controlled by computer, air flow, adjust the feeding speed to achieve energy efficient and high quality production results.
