摘 要:刮板输送机是输送粉尘状、小颗粒及小块等散装物料的连续输送设备,可以水平、倾斜和垂直输送。刮板输送机主要是由电动机、减速器、链轮组和链条组组成。
本文对刮板输送机进行了总体的方案论证和结构设计;对系统的传动方案进行了分析与拟定,最终选择了采用电动机、三级圆锥圆柱减速器、边双链和高强度圆环链等组成的刮板输送机,选定总体方案后通过对已知参数的分析和对零部件的设计和选用,最终完成了此次刮板输送机的设计。此次设计的刮板输送机具有结构简单,受力均匀,运行平稳,不易出现堵塞等特点。

ABSTRACT:Scraper conveyor is conveying dust-like, small particles and small pieces of bulk materials such as continuous conveyor equipment, can horizontal, inclined and vertical transmission.
