摘要:本建筑为十四层综合楼。1-2层为营业大厅和会议室等，其余各层为各种功能公用房间。主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、和热水系统四个部分。
给水系统采用分区供水，一到三层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。三层到十四层为高区，采用上行下给的供水方式，由供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱，再由高位水箱向高区管网供水；排水系统采用的是污、废分流制，排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。热水采用的是封闭式机械半循环系统，分区情况和冷水系统一致，冷水通过电加热器集中加热后，再由提升泵供向配水管网。

Abstract:Building is fourteen floors building. The 1-2 layer is the business hall and a conference room, the rest of the layer for the functions of common room. Mainly includes four parts of water supply system, drainage system, fire control system, hot water system.
Water-supply system partition, one to two layers as low area, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly. Three to fourteen layers as high area, the upstream to water supply mode, by high water supply pump water supply to the roof, and then by the high water tank to the high network; sewage drainage system is used, waste diversion system, the separate drainage, drainage tube is only provided with ventilating pipes, sewage and chemical septic tank processing back into the municipal sewage pipe network; fire system design into a fire hydrant system, the early fire 10min water from fire water supply, the normal water supply of fire pumps from the tank extraction. Hot water is used in closed mechanical circulatory system, partition and chilled water system, cooling water through the electric heater heating, again by the lift pump for the water distribution network.
