摘要:本工程为XX大学新校区学生宿舍（东区）C组团工程I标段投标文件，所在地为重庆沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城。该工程的建设单位为重庆市医科大学，工程由重庆大学建筑设计研究院设计，施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础。上部主体为框架结构，局部剪力墙结构，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，工程类别为四类。
该投标文件的编制是以XX大学新校区学生宿舍（东区）C组团工程I标段的施工合同以及施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求，提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。
