摘要:小区的电能消耗中,照明占了绝大部分,其中道路和景观照明容量大,工作时间长,且采用手动控制方法,造成了浪费,为此,针对小区居民的活动规律,在小区道路和景观照明设计时,采用了PLC智能控制,采取了不同的时段控制方式,使得灯具的使用寿命有所提高,系统稳定可靠,完全能够满足照明需求,达到了较好的智能控制及节能控制。
本设计侧重于对控制器的设计,在照明系统中智能路灯节能控制器是核心,它对整个系统起着决定性的作用。本设计的中心就是利用智能照明系统实现能源在照明上的优化利用。这也是本设计的主题思想。

ABSTRACT:In the power consumption of residential area, lighting accounts for the majority part. Roads and landscape need large lighting capacity, long working hours, and using manual control method, so causing the waste. Therefore, according to activity pattern of the residents in community, we use the PLC intelligent control and take a different time control style of the design in the village road and landscape lighting, making the service life of the lamps is longer, the system is more stable and reliable, and making it can completely meet the demand of lighting and achieve the good intelligent control and save energy control.
This design is focused on the controller design. The core of lighting system is intelligent street light energy saving controller, it plays a decisive role in the whole system. This design’s center is to realize the energy on illume of the optimization of the utilization by using intelligent lighting system. This is also the main idea of this design.

本课题研究意义可以归结为以下几个方面:
(1)为小区公共照明提供一种科学有效的节电方案。
(2)提高小区路灯管理水平,在改善小区道路照明质量的同时,又可以节省人力物力。
(3)从国家的城市公共事业建设策略上来说,网络化的公共照明系统也是数字化小区的一个重要组成部分,可以为小区的数字化建设做一个良好的基础和参考。
(4)、提高了小区基础设施管理水平,有利于提高城市形象。
(5)、通过其中运用的节能装置进行有效控制,能够降低电力损耗,达到节约能源的作用。
(6)、运用智能照明系统,能够降低生产安装成本,有助于我国经济快速发展。
