摘要:目前市面上流行的蜂窝煤成型机体积都比较大,价格比较昂贵。在一些落后的农村因为生产量小,没有必要采用大型的成型机,另一方面一些农村地区较为落后无法购买如此昂贵的设备。本设计在原有的成型机基础上进行了改造,采用了分度槽轮机构,不仅大幅度提高了机构运行精度,而且还简化了整体机构。同时还将齿轮、槽轮、曲柄滑块等传动机构合理的配合使用,而且还合理地装置了凸轮扫屑机构大大发挥了这几种机构的优点,提高了传动效率,减少了机构占地面积。通过改进创新使它到达简便实用,成本低廉的目的。并且提高工作效率和保护生产环境,从而以实现节约原料资源和提高生产效益的目的。

ABSTRACT:The currently popular volume of honeycomb briquette molding machine in the market is larger, and the price is more expensive. On the one hand, there is no need to use a large machine in some rural areas because of the small output, on the other hand, people could not purchase this kind of expensive device because of backward economic conditions in such rural areas.With the geneva mechanism, this design has modified the honeycomb briquette molding machine based on the reconstruction of the original one, that not only greatly improves the precision of molding machine, but also simplifies the whole molding machine. The machine in this design reasonably makes use of the gear, Geneva, crank-slider mechanism together, and is applied with the cam chip sweep mechanism, thus improves the transmission efficiency, and reduces the floor area.The innovative design of this kind of machine is simple and practical, low-cost and it improves the efficiency and protects the environment, thus to achieve the purpose of saving raw materials resources and improving productivity.
