摘要:干花生红衣脱皮机是对烘干的花生米在食品和饮料生产前进行脱皮处理。将经过烘干的花生米倒入脱皮机料斗中，经脱皮辊轮摩擦脱皮，经过分离装置将皮米自动分离后排出。本设计的脱皮机就是利用滚动摩擦脱皮法，对花生米等类似果仁的脱皮。其特点：小型机械，结构简单；易制造、易操作，成本低；生产条件要求不高。
通过对脱皮部分与电机的选型配套，滚动轴承的选择及校核计算，辊轮从动轴的设计计算，皮带轮的传动设计计算，传动装置的运动参数及动力参数的计算，齿轮的选用，结构设计与布置，及其强度校核，使脱皮机具有运转平稳、成本低、维修方便等特点。该机将广泛用于花生米原料的初加工或者用于食品、饮料制品和花生露的加工。
