摘要:本文完成了湛江-珠海的成品油管道首站工艺设计。该管线长度730千米,总输量为270万吨/年。考虑输送成品油,管线采用密闭顺序输送工艺,设计压力为10 MPa。根据经济流速,确定3种管径方案,在此基础上进行管线布站初步设计。通过经济比较,得出最优管径方案为323.9×9.5,全线共布置了4个泵站,每座泵站选三台泵并联工作(一台泵备),首站布置10个油罐(有4个3万方汽油罐和6个2万方柴油罐)。经校核,该方案能够满足输送要求。本设计完成了水力坡降图、首站平面布置图、工艺流程图、泵房安装图和消防系统流程图等图纸的绘制工作。

Abstract:The Zhanjiang - Zhuhai product pipeline initial station process design.The length of the pipeline is 730 kilometers, the total input capacity of 2.7 million tons / year.Consider the transport of refined oil pipeline to closed order delivery process, the design pressure of 10 MPa.Economic flow rate to determine the three kinds of diameters program, on the basis of the preliminary design of the pipeline cloth station.Economic comparison, the optimal diameter of the program is 323.9×9.5,Across the board layout of the four pumping stations, pumping stations selected three pumps in parallel (one pump available),The initial station arrangement 10 tanks (4 Articles petrol tank and Articles 2, 6, diesel tank).After checking, the program can meet the delivery requirements.This design is completed the drawing of the hydraulic gradient map, the first stop floor plan, process flow diagrams, pumping stations, installation drawings and fire protection system flow chart drawings.
