摘要:联合站的设计是以储运教研室给定的任务书为依据进行的。本联合站处理能力为300万吨/年。主要担负着附近各采油队的油、水的处理。在设计过程中,我认真仔细的查阅了联合站设计的许多相关资料和规范,以及与本站相关的设计参数。本站采用密闭生产流程,包括有泵和事故流程。站内划分为油罐区,污水处理区,工艺区,配电区,消防区,辅助生产区,设计时设计了有泵流程,同时也考虑了停电流程,即事故流程。
在设计之初我阅读了相关资料以及学长学姐的联合站论文,并完成了外文文献翻译。然后我处理了相关的基本参数,然后进行了站内水力、热力计算以及三相分离器、油气分离器、电脱水器、加热炉的选型和校核,通过对罐区的计算,我选取了浮顶油罐;然后绘制了联合站平面布置图,工艺流程图;之后对站内管线、外输泵和脱水泵的选取。据此,设计了泵房安装图。

Abstract:Union Station's design is based on storage and Transportation Department given the assignment. This combined processing capacity of 3 million tons/year. Near the main responsible treatment of the production of oil, water. And I processing has related of basic parameter, and for has station within hydraulic, and thermal calculation and three-phase separation device, and oil and gas separation device, and electric dehydration device, and heating furnace of selection and check, by on tank area of calculation, I select has floating top tank; and draws has joint station plane layout figure, process figure; zhihou on station within pipeline, and outside lost pump and de pump of select.
