摘要:某城市纺织工业园区印染废水处理厂工艺设计,其规模为每天5000吨,主要任务是通过各个构筑物的处理,使得出水满足出水水质的要求。
印染废水具有污染物浓度高,色度深,PH变化大等特点,是最难处理的工业废水之一。根据其特点,经过对比本设计采用活性污泥法对污水进行处理。处理工艺采用调节池、初沉池、及水解酸化池等进行一级处理,然后通过曝气池进行处理,最后经过混凝沉淀池处理,经过这些处理后使出水水质达到《江苏省纺织印染工业废水排放标准》(DB32/670-2004)。最后对本厂的投资和效益进行简单分析。

Abstract:A city of Textile Industrial Park of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant process design, the scale of 5000 tons per day, the main task is through the various structures of the processing, so that water can meet the water quality requirements.
Printing and dyeing wastewater with high concentration of pollutants, deep color, PH variation and so on, is the most difficult one of the industrial wastewater.According to its characteristic, by contrast the design using activated sludge in sewage treatment.Process using the regulating pond, a primary sedimentation tank, and a hydrolysis acidification pond and level of processing, and then through the aeration tank for treatment, finally after coagulation sedimentation tank processing, after the above treatment make the water reach 《Jiangsu textile printing and dyeing industrial wastewater discharge standards》(DB32/670-2004)。The plant investment and benefit are analysed.

印染废水是一种水量大、色度高、组份复杂的废水,水质变动范围大。在城市下水道和污水处理厂建设较完善的城市,废水首先在工厂作预处理,达到城市下水道排放标准后进行集中处理。废水经过预处理再排放可改善污水水质,降低城市污水厂处理负荷,同时便于根据不同的废水水质采取不同的预处理手段。所以本设计采用了传统的活性污泥法通过水解酸化池,曝气池,混凝沉淀池等构筑物对废水进行处理,使印染废水的处理达到排放标准。
本次课程设计中我学到很多知识:通过查资料论文,了解了一些关于水处理的现状及发战方向,也是通过本次课程设计进一步巩固和加深了前几学期学到与见到的理论知识,并加以实践,做到了知道该怎么学习及学到后怎样应用到实际生活生产当中,学以致用,训练了自己的综合能力。
