摘要：目前啤酒厂主要依靠人工把大量回收的啤酒瓶进行筛选装框再送上生产线，这种方法成本高，生产率低。因此要设计一种可以代替人工劳动的啤酒瓶自动理瓶及检测装置，自动对回收的啤酒瓶进行理顺和筛选，将合格啤酒瓶送上生产线。该装置主要包含三大部分，第一是啤酒瓶理瓶装置，它的功能是整理杂乱的啤酒瓶；第二是啤酒瓶耐压检测装置，它的功能是剔除有爆炸隐患的啤酒瓶；第三是视觉检测装置，主要是针对啤酒瓶口拍照，通过机器视觉判断瓶口的完好程度，剔除不合格啤酒瓶。啤酒瓶自动理瓶及检测装置每小时能向生产线提供大约18000个合格的啤酒瓶，可以满足单条生产线一半的用瓶量。该装置不仅提高了生产效率，降低了劳动成本，保证了啤酒瓶的合格率，同时还为消费者的人身安全提供保障。

Abstract：At present the brewery mainly rely on the number of recovery of beer bottles screening to frame again on production line, this kind of method, high cost and low productivity. Design beer bottles automatically unscramble bottle and testing of the device can replace artificial labor, automatic eliminate unqualified beer bottles. The device is mainly includes three parts, the first is beer bottles unscramble bottle device, its function is to clean up messy beer bottles; The second is beer bottles compression test device, its function is removing the hidden danger explosion beer bottles; The third is visual inspection device, mainly take pictures of beer bottleneck, through the machine vision judgment mouth intact degree and eliminate the unqualified beer bottles. Beer bottles automatically unscramble bottle and testing of the device to production line per hour to provide about 18000 qualified beer bottles, can satisfy a single line of the half with bottles of quantity. The unit is not only improve the production efficiency and reduce labor costs, ensure the qualified rate of the beer bottles, as well as the personal safety of the consumers provide security.

国内理瓶机的大规模应用最早是在制药行业，制药行业对卫生有特殊要求，使用理瓶机成为制药行业的唯一选择，理瓶机的出现有效改善了制药行业的生产状况。抛开制药行业的特殊要求，理瓶机的高效、节能、自动化程度高等一系列优异特性引发了各个相关行业的关注，饮料、乳品、啤酒等行业相继在自身生产线上引进理瓶机，一个理瓶系统革新的时代来临了[1]。
理瓶机的显著特点和重要性有以下三点：
（1）提高包装加工流水线的工作效率；
（2）保证被充填物特别是食品和药品的卫生清洁度；
（3）提高和完善包装机械自动化程度。
同大多数新产品一样，初期的理瓶机产品相对简陋，机器的主要功能是将瓶体放置在流水线上，设备性能较差，故障率高。但它的出现还是为包装生产注入了新鲜血液，并随着产品的不断改进，促进着包装机械的发展。
啤酒在全世界销量很大，目前啤酒主要是用玻璃瓶灌装，啤酒厂除了使用新的啤酒瓶外还大量回收旧啤酒瓶清洗消毒后再利用，这样避免资源浪费的同时还减少废玻璃对地球环境的污染。据调查每年都有许多人因啤酒瓶爆炸而受伤，轻则有一些皮外伤，重则皮开肉绽，眼睛失明。因此提高玻璃啤酒瓶的安全性，保障消费者的人身安全成为每个啤酒厂必须肩负的责任。现在的啤酒厂都是应用成熟的自动化啤酒瓶清洗设备和先进的啤酒酿造灌装生产线来生产啤酒，而如何把回收来的啤酒瓶送上生产线成为啤酒生产的瓶颈之一。
