摘要:传统的机械设备与产品,很多是以机械为主,是电气或气动控制的机械设备。随着工业水平的不断发展,机械设备已慢慢地从手动操作改变为自动控制,设备本身也发展成为机电一体化的综合体。可编程序控制器(PLC)是以微处理器为核心,从而发展起来的一种新型的自动控制装置。其深度和广度已成为衡量国家工业自动化程度高低的重要标志。
本文首先概述了包装码垛自动生产线的应用现状和存在的问题以及今后的发展趋势,并对PLC的产生、发展及应用现状作了简要介绍。
其次进行了包装码垛系统控制部分的设计。其控制系统主要是以可编程序控制器(PLC)为基础进行集成控制的。在这一部分中,介绍了PLC的基础知识、外部接线图和控制逻辑;并对PLC控制系统软件和硬件进行了初步设计,为用户对包装码垛自动生产线的实际应用提供了帮助。

Abstract:Traditional mechanical equipment is based on machine, which is electric equipment. With the development of industry, mechanical equipment is gradually changed from manual operation to automatic control. And the equipment itself is the integration on machine and electricity. PLC is a kind of new automatic controlling equipment based on micro CPU. The depth and width of the PLC is an important standard to measure a country’s industry.
This essay is mainly about the present application of packing stow automatic production line, the existing problem and its future development. What’s more, it briefly introduces the appearance of PLC, its development, and the present application.
Apart from the above, this paper also talks about the design of the controlling system of packing stow. The controlling system controls mainly based on PLC. In this part, the paper introduces the basic knowledge of PLC, the external connection diagram and controlling logic. Besides, it also initially designs the software of the PLC controlling system, as well as its hardware. In this way, it helps the customers actually put the automatic production line into use.
