摘要:随着科技与经济的飞速发展,人类不断满足自己的需求,汽车的数量急剧增长。停车困难已经到了刻不容缓的地步,所以必须从速解决这个问题。逐年,城市人口的日益增多,特别是随着改革开放以来,我国进入了汽车拥有率迅速上升的新时代,以往的单层平面停车场也越来越不能满足市场的需求,对充分利用土地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆,操作简单,安全可靠的立体车库的建设,是解决目前寸土寸金的大城市停车难的有效办法,所以构建相当数量的机械式立体停车场是未来城市停车场发展的必然趋势。
立体车库实现了各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓库设施。其中升降横移式自动化停车场是一种以单层平面停车场为核心,多平面的空间停车场,通过可编程控制器(PLC)控制车位空间位置的变动,使车位能够实现空间到平面的转化,实现多层平面停车的功能,升降横移式立体停车场利用托盘移位产生垂直通道,实现多层车位的升降来实现存取车,是一种比较典型的机电一体化产品,集机械、电子、信息技术于一体的自动化停车场。
本文主要通过对升降横移式自动化停车场工作原理和工程实施的研究,探讨应用可编程控制器(PLC)实现停车场控制系统的方法与步骤,使用学校实验台PLC实验器材完成3×3七车位升降横移式立体停车场模型的设计搭建与控制的实现。监控系统采用基于WINDOWS平台的工控上位计算机自动化控制系统进行监控,提高了自动化水平,具有重要的实践意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of technology and the economy, human beings continue to meet their own needs, the rapid growth of the number of cars. Parking difficulties has come to a critical state, it must as soon as possible to solve this problem. Year by year, the urban population growing number, especially with the reform and opening, China has entered a new era of rapidly rising rates of car ownership, single-layer flat parking lot can not meet market demand, the full utilization of land resources play space superiority, to maximize the parking operation is simple, safe and reliable three-dimensional garage building is to solve the high cost of land the big city parking is difficult effective way, so to build a considerable number of mechanical parking lots is a city of the future parking inevitable trend of development.
The three-dimensional garage to achieve a variety of automatic vehicle parking and scientific storage warehouse facilities. Lifting and transferring the automated parking is a single-layer flat parking lot at the core, flat space car park, through the programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the changes in the location of parking space, parking spaces to achieve the space to the plane transformation, and the function of the flat multi-storey parking, lifting and transferring parking lots tray shift produces a vertical channel, multi-storey car parking spaces lift to access the car, is a typical mechatronic product, set the machinery , electronics, information technology in one of the automated parking.
In this paper, through the implementation of the lifting and automated parking works and engineering, to explore the application of programmable controllers (PLC) method of parking control system and procedures, use of the school bench PLC laboratory equipment to complete the 3 × 3 seventhe design of the parking lifting and transferring three-dimensional parking lot model to build and control the implementation. The monitoring system uses the host computer based on the WINDOWS platform industrial automation and control systems to monitor and improve the level of automation, has important practical significance.
