目前电梯的应用范围包括宾馆、商场、医院、住宅小区、办公大楼等。电梯是人们不可缺少的运输工具。有越来越多的人从事着和电梯有关的工作,越来越多的人在为提高电梯的性能做研究,电梯也在快速发展着。
为适应发展的要求电梯的控制系统已经逐渐从微机板控制向可编程控制器PLC控制过度。可编程控制器在电梯控制系统中的广泛应用,是因为它即具有微机控制板的一系列优点同时又可以克服微机控制板的的很多不足之处。更适应现代电梯控制的要求,具有的灵活性也为以后电梯的发展提供了基础。
本次设计中主要完成电梯设计的PLC编程部分,并拿出完整的设计梯形图、指令表、完成调试等。同时对电梯的整体设计,如:电梯的结构、工作原理、各个部件的功能设计要求等也做学习和介绍。通过独立完成此次设计对PLC的编程设计有更深入的了解,在设计中学会解决问题把所学的PLC知识和现实中的电梯控制结合,能根据具体要求完成PLC编程,在调试中发现错误并修正。完成:
