摘要:集散控制系统是以微处理器为基础的集中分散型综合控制系统的简称,它具有良好的控制性能、高可靠性,对生产过程进行集中监视、操作、管理和分散控制的功能,被广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、冶金、楼宇自动化等领域。集散控制系统在现代化生产过程控制中起着十分重要的作用。当然,集散控制系统还在进一步发展,特别是在系统小型化和微型化、现场变送智能化、现场总线标准化、通信网络标准化、集散控制系统与PLC相互渗透、引入专家系统和人工智能等方面还会进一步完善。

   本文主要研究和实现了基于A3000过程控制装置的集散控制系统的组态设计与控制。在掌握集散控制系统的概念、组成特点及组态的基础上,应用ADAM4000模块进行硬件组态,实现了对A3000过程控制装置的数据采集与基本控制。采用组态王工控软件,组态开发了采用ADAM4000模块的集散控制系统,实现了对A3000装置液位、压力、流量的PID单回路、比值、液位串级控制、液位-流量串级控制方案。论文还应用组态王软件和A3000过程控制装置对液位的模糊控制算法进行研究,与常规的PID控制系统比较,模糊控制系统可以解决更复杂系统的控制问题。

Abstract:Distributed Control System  is the abbreviation of microprocessor-based centralized-decentralized control system, it has good control performance, high reliability, centralized monitoring of the production process, operation, management and distributed control functions, it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, building automation and other fields. Distributed control system plays a very important role in the modernization of the production process control. Of course, the distributed control system is still under further development, especially in system miniaturization and miniaturization, on-site transmission intelligent field bus standardization, standardization of communications network, distributed control system and PLC mutual penetration and the introduction of expert systems and artificial intelligence will further improved.

  This article research and realization of the A3000 process control devices, the configuration of the distributed control system design and control. Grasp the concept of distributed control system, composed of the characteristics and configuration on the basis of the application ADAM4000 module hardware configuration, A3000 process control devices, data acquisition and control. .The configuration of the king of industrial control software, configuration developed A3000 process control system based on distributed control, A3000 device level, pressure, PID single-loop flow ratio, level cascade control, level - flow string level control program. The paper also applied to study the level of Fuzzy Control Algorithm Configuration software and A3000 process control devices, compared with the conventional PID control system, fuzzy control system can solve the control problems of more complicated systems.
