摘要:液压剪切机纵向相邻的长板料两侧之间分别接合固定刀具和保持部件的可动刀具,其特征在于后支撑件的可动刀具部分和液压驱动部分在相同的流体压力源下来实现液压致动剪切,后者保持平行切除的牵制力和支持力是可变剪切力在不同尺寸与板料剪切时的力量,流体压力的大小表示原变量自动按照抗剪的剪切力施加在特定板料的力大小。

   剪切机有一个限位开关,预设在与其相邻的板料活动方向上,就是板料到达顶端的那一边的位移,减少了大量支撑空间,从而用来防止高压的接触摩擦,通过减少压紧和支持板料时的静电摩擦,使剪切纵向移动,从而减少摩擦。

   本设计的液压剪切机是一种双液压泵系统的常规液压机械,在该系统中,低压力高容积泵和高压力低容积泵连接在一起,供给能量给液压剪切刀来致动液压缸快速穿越要剪切的板料,迅速完成动刀。在这种双泵系统的高低压容积泵被自动卸载届时,所需要的剪切力和保持向下和向后的支持压力将供给高压力低容积泵,以提供所需的剪切力,从而减少了板料剪切机的背部支撑力。

ABSTRACT:The fixed cutter and the holding member are respectively joint between long sheet on both sides of hydraulic shearing machine longitudinally adjacent, characterized in that the movable tool parts support and the hydraulic drive part of the realization of hydraulically actuated cut down in the same source of fluid pressure, the latter holding parallel resection of drag force and support force is the force variable shear force in different sizes and shearing of the fluid pressure, said the size of original variables automatically according to the shear stress shear applied size in particular sheet force. 

   Shearing machine has a limit switch, during the adjacent sheet movement, a sheet that side of the displacement reaches the top, reducing the amount of support space, so as to prevent the contact friction pressure, static friction reduction by pressing and supporting plate material, shear vertical movement, thus reduce friction. 

   Hydraulic shearing machine of this design is the conventional hydraulic machinery a double hydraulic pump system, in the system of low pressure, high volume pump and high pressure low volume pump is connected together, sheet supply energy to the hydraulic shear knife to actuate the hydraulic cylinder  shear and done quickly. In this double pump system of the high and low pressure pump, shear stress and maintain downward and backward support pressure will supply high pressure low volume pump, the shear force required, thus reducing the plate shearing machine back support force.
