摘要: 液压系统具有很强的适应性,操作性能好,系统运动惯性小,且反应迅速,能够实现无级调速,系统的过载保护,输出力矩大,在组合机床中得到了非常广泛的应用。

   可编程序控制器( PLC) 以其功能强大、可靠性好、操作灵活方便、而且易于编程以及其有很好的适应工业环境的优点在工业控制领域中越来越受到人们的关注与亲睐。

   本论文主要阐述了机床的多缸顺序动作液压回路及PLC控制设计,利用基本液压回路、液压元件以及辅助装置来完成系统的液压原理图的设计,实现其定位、夹紧、工进的顺序动作功能,速度换接回路的设计说明了液压传动调速的方面可靠性,对液压缸进行结构的设计以及参数的确定,对其进行系统性能验算,要求满足整个液压系统的工作要求,并绘制液压缸的装配图以及零件图,利用PLC编程控制,实现对整个液压系统的自动控制,方便操作管理,克服了继电器控制的可靠性差, 控制不方便, 响应慢等不足。在PLC设计过程中,要学会对西门子PLC编程软件的使用,了解各个模块的使用功能,最终实现系统的仿真通信控制。

ABSTRACT:Hydraulic system has the characteristics of strong adaptability, excellent operating performance, small motion inertia, fast reaction, to realize stepless speed regulation, overload protection, output torque ,it is widely used in the modular machine tool.

   In the industrial control ,programmable controller (PLC) with its advantages of work reliability, good strong features convenient operation ,easy programming and easy to adapt to industrial environment getting more and more people's attention

   This thesis mainly expounds the multi-cylinder machine and PLC control hydraulic circuit with several sequential design, using the basic hydraulic circuit, hydraulic components and auxiliary equipment to complete the system design of hydraulic schematic diagram, to realize its positioning, clamping, work into a sequential function, speed and illustrates the hydraulic transmission speed regulation circuit design aspects of the reliability of the hydraulic cylinder structure design and the determination of parameters on the system performance analysis, requirements to meet the work requirement of the hydraulic system, and draw the assembly drawing and parts drawing hydraulic cylinder, the use of PLC programming control, implementation of the whole hydraulic system of automatic control, convenient operation management, to overcome the reliability of the relay control, the control is not convenient, slow response and so on. In PLC design process, to learn the use of Siemens PLC programming software, understand the use function of each module, finally realizes the communication control simulation of the system.
