摘 要:近些年来，视频监控系统在各个领域得到了广泛的应用，在社会生活、生产中扮演着愈加重要的角色。数字式视频监控系统相对于传统的模拟式视频监控系统最大优点就是可以利用计算机图形图像处理的方法来实现监控系统的智能化。本文首先分析并研究了多种实现视频数据采集技术，最终选择应用VFW(Video For Windows)①技术进行视频数据采集、视频数据编辑及视频数据保存等功能。本文主要研究了基于VC++的界面开发技术，针对本课题研究的内容，设计了界面友好的人机交互界面，最终能够正常运行并实时显示从两个摄像头捕捉到的数据。

Abstract:In recent years, video surveillance systems is widely used in various fields, and playing an increasingly important role in social life and production. Digital video surveillance system， as opposed to traditional analog video surveillance systems, has the biggest advantage that you can use computer graphics processing methods to develop intelligent monitoring systems.The paper first analyzes a variety of video data acquisition technology, and choose the VFW (Video For Windows)① technology to complete video data acquisition, video data editing and storing video data at last.This paper studies the VC++ based interface development technology, and designed a user-friendly interactive interface for the content of this research, and ultimately develop a system which can display real-time data captured from two cameras.
