摘要:随着信息时代的到来和电子商务的普及，物流作为电子商务的支撑手段也越来越受到人们的重视。随着第三方物流的发展方兴未艾，人们的意识也在不断的创新，第三方物流服务已经不能满足客户的需要，企业及客户的要求更高，第四方物流横空出世，成为物流的主方向。第四方物流是一种先进的物流运作模式，是一种很超前的理念，第四方物流的供应商必须开发先进的集成和同步化技术，把供应链上的各个企业所拥有的技术、资源以及业务能力进行优化整合，以便提高供应链的整理绩效。第四方物流是在解决企业物流的基础上，解决物流信息充分共享、资源得以充分利用，整合社会资源等问题。云南省的中小企业处在一个特殊的经济环境以及一个特殊的地理环境中，针对云南省的特殊环境，利用SWOT分析，找出云南省发展第四方物流中存在的机遇与挑战，并提出相应的对策和建议，为云南省第四方物流发展提供决策依据。第四方物流在云南省具有很大的发展空间，大力发展第四方物流必将使云南省物流产业真正得到质的提升。
