摘要:沃尔玛就是因为对供应链的进行其最优化的管理使其成为全世界最大的零售巨头。然而中国的企业远没有意识到供应链的重要性或是管理上存在着很多不足之处。这些是中国的企业无法做到成本、产品、与消费者价值最优化的配置失去竞争力最核心的部分。

   供应链就是为消费者带来有价值的产品,服务以及信息的从源头供应商到最终消费者的核心企业流程的集成。供应链的最终目的就是为消费者提供最有价值的产品和服务是这个产业链的最优化的管理方式。通过对供应链每个环节的优化管理最终提升企业的最核心价值与竞争力。

   相比之下,我国的零售企业在供应链管理上面远远没有达到这个水平。而且还存在着很多弊端与问题。本文借鉴沃尔玛对供应链管理的研究,提出一些有利于我国零售企业对供应链管理引重视的个人观点。

Abstract:Wal-Mart is because the right to carry out its supply chain to optimize the management makes it the world's largest retailer. However, Chinese enterprises is far from realized the importance of supply chain management, or there is much to be desired is that the cost of Chinese enterprises can not do, products, and consumers to optimize the configuration of the value of loss of competitiveness of the most central part. 

   The supply chain is for consumers valuable products, services, and information from the source suppliers to the final consumer's core business process integration. The ultimate aim of the supply chain to provide consumers with the most valuable products and services is the optimization of the industrial chain of management. Through the optimization of the supply chain management of the end of each chain to enhance the core business value and competitive edge.

   In contrast, China's retail enterprises in the supply chain management is far above this level. But there are still many disadvantages and problems. This reference Wal-Mart's supply chain management research, some in favor of China's retail enterprises in the supply chain, valued personal views.
