摘要:“大企业富国,小企业富民。”小微企业在推动国民经济发展,缓解就业压力,优化经济结构等方面,都发挥着重要作用,但小微企业融资问题一直都是难以突破的难关。近年来,我国银行金融机构中出现了一种针对小微企业贷款的新模式——小微信贷,随着利率市场化的推进,小微信贷恰好是银行转型的主要方向。商业银行在开展小微信贷业务过程中,遭遇银行与小微企业之间信息不对称,风险成本与收益之间不平衡,银行贷款门槛高等问题,这些问题阻碍了商业银行的尝试。本文以民生银行的小微信贷业务为案例,分析了风险成本与收益之间的关系,结合破除迷信和“一圈两链”的实践经验,提出优化风险管理和售后服务、支行“专业化”、靠规模和定价优势降低经营风险的发展策略。

Abstract:"Big business enrich countries, small businesses enrich civilian." Small and micro enterprises in promoting the development of national economy, and ease the employment pressure, optimizing economic structure, is playing an important role. But the small micro enterprise financing problem has always been difficult to break through the difficulties. In recent years, our country banking and financial institutions, a new model - a small micro-credit loan for small and micro enterprises, with the propulsion of the interest rate market, small micro-credit happens to be the main direction of the bank restructuring. Commercial banks to carry out small micro-credit business process, encounter information asymmetry between banks and small and micro enterprises, risk costs and benefits of an imbalance between the high thresholds for bank loans, these problems have hindered the commercial banks attempt. Small micro-credit business of China Mingsheng Bank as a case study to analyze the relationship between the risk of costs and benefits, combined with the practical experience of iconoclasm and "lap two chains", proposes to optimize risk management and after-sales service, branch of "specialization" development strategy to reduce business risk, depend on the size and pricing advantages.

   中国民生银行作为全面进军小微企业金融服务领域的第一家全国性商业银行,现在已经发展为全球最大的小微企业金融服务机构之一,其发展小微信贷业务的宝贵经验对我国其他商业银行开展小微信贷业务有着重要的借鉴意义。

   在发展小微信贷业务时,商业银行应依托产业群,通过“一圈两链”实现商业银行和小微企业的双赢局面;创新适合小微企业的特色金融产品,满足小微企业需求;建设“专业化”支行,规避信贷风险;制定专业快捷的贷款决策程序,提高效率;完善风险管理和售后服务,促进小微信贷业务的可持续发展。
