摘要：云南省位于中国的西南部，旅游资源丰富，在全国率先提出把旅游业作为支柱产业来发展。从起步到现在，经过多年的发展，资源得到了较为有效的利用，产业规模也在不断地扩大，旅游业在云南经济发展中地位越来越突出。探讨旅游业对区域经济的影响力，对于促进旅游业以及相关产业的发展、发挥旅游业对区域经济的增长作用具有理论和现实意义。本文从云南旅游业的比较优势及经济定位入手，以经济增长理论为基础考察了云南省旅游产业发展对其经济增长的推动作用，认为旅游业对云南经济增长的影响主要体现在以下几个方面：增加经济总量，提高区域财政收入；优化产业结构，支撑关联产业发展；扩大就业机会，缓解就业矛盾；带动外汇收入和外资利用；加快城镇化进程，缩小区域梯度差异。在此基础上分析了云南旅游业所存在的接待水平和能力有限、破坏了资源污染了环境、旅游的文化含量偏低等问题。并针对其影响提出了继续完善基础设施建设、做好旅游区的整治和管理、提高旅游的文化含量等措施建议，这为云南省解决区域经济增长，提供了产业发展的新路径。

Abstract：Located in the southwest of China, Yunnan province is very rich in tourism resources. it is the first province that puts forward the issues that regard tourism as the pillar industry. Through twenty years’ effort, the resources have gotten intensive use. With the industry scale expanding gradually, the tourism has a great role in Yunnan’s economic development. The study of the influence that tourism has made in regional economic development, has significance both in theory and practical. This paper inspects the effect that tourism development has made in the economic growth ,this paper starts with Yunnan tourism comparative advantage, and based on the economic growth theory, the author summarize several aspects that tourism can have an effect on economy ,that is——increase the total economic , increase the regional financial revenue ,modify the industrial structure, promote the connected industrial, expand the employment opportunity, remit the employment pressure, bloster the export income, promote the urbanization process, reduce regional difference. And base on this, this paper focuses on several issues that Yunnan’s tourism has limited capacity, and destroy the resources, pollute the environment, has low cultural concept. And then come up with some suggestions that consummate the fundamental concepts. These suggestions provide new methods that can solve regional economy growth.
