摘要：旅游业是以旅游资源为凭借，以旅游设施为条件，向旅游者提供旅行游览服务的行业。民族地区发展旅游已成为我国旅游业发展的又一亮点，也是地方政府关注的焦点,是促进地方经济发展的增长点和突破口。
丽江有着丰富而独特的自然、人文资源，凭借其优势，在近几年的发展中已成为国际旅游热区，并且已成为丽江的支柱产业。丰富的旅游资源和国内外环境的改善推进了丽江旅游业的发展，但在旅游景区和交通上存在自身的劣势，同时旅游环境的变化也给丽江旅游业的发展带来潜在的威胁，它们之间存在相互转化的互动关系。保证旅游资源的进一步开发和利用，又不影响游客的旅游质量，更不影响丽江旅游业的未来发展，这是实现丽江旅游业良性循环和可持续发展亟待解决的问题。
文章应用SWOT分析法对丽江旅游业发展现状进行了具体分析，重新提出现阶段丽江旅游业发展的优势、劣势、机会与威胁，并针对出现的问题提出相应的解决对策，以促进丽江旅游业更好的发展，进而带动丽江地区的经济发展。

Abstract：Tourism industry is an industry that provides traveling service to tourists by using its tourist resources and traveling facility. Develop tourism industry in Ethnic Regions has became another bright spot for our country’s tourism industry development and it also has been paid more attention by local government. To some extent it is an important point and breakthrough that promotes the development of local economic.
Lijiang is famous for its rich and unique natural and cultural resources, with these advantages it has developed into a hot international tourism city, and has became a pillar industry in Lijiang. The rich tourism resources and the improvement of the environment at home and abroad promote the development of tourism in Lijiang, however it unavoidably has disadvantage of it own too, like in tourist attractions or transportation. At the same time the change of the environment is also a potential threat to the development of the tourism industry, there exists interaction relationship between them, which means they can transformed into each other. How to ensure the further development and utilization of tourism resources under the condition that not affect the quality of tourists’ traveling and the future development of Lijiang tourism is the key problem needed to be solved to achieve the virtuous circle and sustainable development of tourism in Lijiang.
This article analyze the development status of Lijiang tourism by using the method of SWOT, then find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the development of Lijiang tourism industry, afterward try to put up some corresponding countermeasure to solve the problems, in purpose to promote the further development of Lijiang tourism , meanwhile promote the economic development of Lijiang.
