摘要：绿色产业的研究是经济研究的一项重要课题。为了协调人与自然、发展与环境的关系,绿色产业必将成为人类面向21世纪的共同选择。本文从绿色产业的基本理论入手，采用比较分析法、定量研究法与定性研究法相结合的方法，对江苏发展绿色产业的困境进行了初步分析，在此基础上，对江苏绿色产业的发展提出相应对策，从而为绿色产业的健康、有序发展提供参考。

Abstract:The research of Green Industry is an important subject in economic research .To coordinate the relations between human and nature,development and enviorment,Green Industry will definetely become a common choice in twenty first century . This paper take the basic theories of green industry as the lead-in of the whole research and analyses the predicament of developing Green Industry in jiangsu with methods of comparative analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis. On the basis of which puts forward suggestions to how to develop Green Industry in jiangsu.Thus provide references for the developing of the green industry to be healthy and orderly .

江苏省绿色产业被人们誉为21世纪的“朝阳产业”，具有广阔的市场空间。通过绿色产业的拉动，可逐步实现江苏生态环境的绿化、社会的可持续发展。
同时，也应看到，江苏绿色产业是一项巨大的系统工程，涉及的部门、企业非常广泛。绿色意识的淡薄、绿色人才短缺等因素影响了江苏绿色产业的健康发展。因此，在绿色产业发展过程中，必须将政府、企业、全民协同起来，有规划的开展绿色行动，为江苏的绿色产业发展提供良好的环境。
