摘要：近年来，随着经济全球化和国际贸易发展，绿色贸易壁垒已成为国际贸易保护主义的主要特征。农产品作为南通具有比较优势的传统出口产品之一，首当其冲地受到了绿色贸易壁垒的影响。从南通农产品出口的现状，分析绿色贸易壁垒，结合南通农产品出口遭受绿色贸易壁垒的实际情况对其影响进行分析 ,并阐述了针对绿色贸易壁垒影响的相关对策。

Abstract: in recent years , The Chinese capital markets including stock market and real estate market have witnessed excessive price volatility. Herd behavior theory might provide a perspective to account for this excessive price volatility. Review and comparison are made comprehensively on herd behavior concepts in economics and psychology in Nantong. While status of Nantong agricultural product , analysis of the green trade barriers. The differences in premises and focuses of research between the two disciplines undoubtedly cause methodological confusion. Institutional economy is might derive a comprehensive framework of analysis.

我国是农业大国，农业关系到国计民生，农产品是我国重要的出口商品，而绿色壁垒已成为21 世纪我国农产品出口贸易发展的巨大障碍。这一现象引起国内各界的普遍关注和思考，因此研究农产品遭遇绿色壁垒问题具有很大的现实意义。针对这一问题，学者们的研究成果颇多，主要集中在绿色壁垒的表现形式、新发展趋势、发达国家的做法、对国内贸易的影响等方面。
本文主要对南通农产品出口中遭遇的绿色壁垒进行研究，分析绿色贸易壁垒对南通农产品出口的影响，并提出一些农产品出口企业应对绿色贸易壁垒的政策，为南通农产品出口提供一些可行性的建议。
