摘要:面对商品流通区域的扩大、日趋激烈的市场竞争、不断提高的消费者要求,江苏五琼浆酒业有限公司迫切希望降低成本,改善物流系统,基于先进的运行模式,支撑和保障企业的可持续发展。
笔者在对五琼浆酒业有限公司进行实地考察后,从物流模式分析入手,探讨酒厂实行该种物流模式的优劣。进而深入到该模式下物流系统的具体环节,采购、生产、销售以及回收物流,阐述现状的同时笔者也提出了自己的改进意见。

Abstract : Facing the expansion of commodity circulation area, the increasingly fierce competition in the market,and the increasing consumer demand, Jiangsu Wuqiongjiang Wine Co. Ltd., is eager to reduce the cost and improve logistics model, based on advanced operational mode to support sustainable development and ensure enterprise.
We were on a field trip to the Jiangsu Wuqiongjiang Wine Co., Ltd., starting from the analysis of logistics mode, analyzing the pros and cons of the logistics model .Then go to the specific link of the logistics system in the mode, procurement, production, sales and returned, explains the current situation at the same time the author also put forward their own suggestions for improvement.

管理学大师彼得·德鲁克曾经说过一句非常精辟的话:“在企业内部只有成本。”成本就是影响企业利润最基本、最关键的要素,逐渐降低成本是企业物流管理的根本任务,不过物流运营和管理是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及到企业生产经营全过程每一个环节和物流活动中的方方面面。只有把企业物流管理建立在适当合理的物流系统运行模式平台上,放眼于对物流活动全过程、全方位的系统化管理和控制,这样才能收到良好的效果。
