摘要：虚拟供应链是一种面向广大中小企业的供应链合作模式。本文在分析了虚拟供应链的概念和特点的基础上，指出了虚拟供应链中的供产销一体化、第三方物流、第四方物流以及物流联盟运行模式的优越性与不足之处，并提出了目前要大力发展适合我国现状的第三方物流模式，以及发展虚拟供应链物流运行模式的策略。

Abstract: Virtual supply chain is a supply chain cooperation model for the majority of small and medium enterprises. In the combined analysis on the basis of the virtual supply chain concepts and features, pointed out the virtual supply chain for the production and marketing integration, third party logistics, fourth party logistics and logistics alliance operation mode of the advantages and shortcomings of the Department, and to vigorously develop the third-party logistics mode suited to China's current situation and development strategy of the virtual supply chain logistics operation mode.

随着网络化、信息化时代的到来，虚拟供应链作为一种现代的企业合作模式，对于降低供应链中的成本、提高响应速度和效率、提高产品和服务质量,具有重要的意义。虚拟供应链中的产供销一体化、第三方物流、第四方物流、物流联盟各有其优缺点，中小企业要在虚拟供应链中长期生存发展，就必须根据产品自身的物流特点、企业所面对的竞争激烈程度以及企业的规模和实力选择合适的物流运行模式。而根据我国虚拟供应链中物流模式运行的现状，认为首先要发展好第三方物流，在传统的第三方物流模式的基础上，融入现代物流，将信息、运输等物流活动综合成一种集成式的管理。加速物流产业信息化，建立信息网络系统以及重视培养物流人才，提高当前虚拟供应链中物流产业的发展水平。
