摘要：随着经济的发展，我国目前已经进入家电报废高峰期。废旧家电如处理不当，将造成极大的资源浪费和环境污染，而家电逆向物流系统的构建正好可以解决这个问题。本文通过对家电零售企业——苏宁进行废旧家电回收的必要性和可行性的分析，建立了一个以苏宁原有家电配送网络为基础的废旧家电逆向物流模型，阐述了让苏宁这样的家电零售企业成为我国废旧家电回收物流的主导的废旧家电回收模式。

Abstract: With the economic development, China has entered a peak season of the home appliance scrapping. The improper processing of the scraped home appliance will cause great waste of resources and environmental pollutions. The establishment of the home appliances reverse logistics system can solve this problem.In this paper, through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the recycling of the scraped home appliances for appliance retailers, such as Suning Appliance, an reverse logistics model is established based on Suning's original home appliance distribution network.It is also elaborated that Suning Appliances will become a dominator and primary source of the used home appliances recycling system in SGP, with the reverse-recycling-remove removed.

随着社会经济水平的提高，废旧家电的产生量无疑会步步攀升，对废旧家电的回收再利用在经济收益及环保效益方面也将发挥的越来越重要的作用。目前国内在废旧家电的回收和再利用方面还处于初始探索研究阶段，从保护环境和社会发展的长远利益来看，实现家电逆向物流的规模化与产业化是大势所趋。本文的研究提出了这样一种可能：即让苏宁这样的家电零售企业成为废旧家电回收逆向物流的主导，这不仅对物流学科的发展有一定的理论意义，而且对我国的可持续发展和循环经济也有着重要的现实意义，更为政府部门构建废旧家电逆向物流系统提供了参考，该领域还有许多问题尚待今后更为系统、深入的研究。
