摘要：物流是企业的“第三利润源泉”。改善物流条件是很多行业用来应对挑战、提高自身竞争力的必然选择。烟草业是云南的支柱产业，对云南的经济发展起重大作用。本文在分析云南烟草物流的现状和主要问题基础上，对发展云南烟草物流提出了相应对策。

Abstract:The logistics business is called’The third profit source”Im.roving logistics for many industries to meet the challenges, the inevitable choice to improve their competitiveness.The tobacco industry is the pillar industry in Yunnan and it plays an important role in economic development.Based on the analysis for current logistics status and main issues of tobacco logistics in Yunnan,the article discusses some ways for developing the logistics of tobacco industry in Yunnan.

烟草行业的特殊性决定了其在现代物流方面的特殊性，一方面可以借助行政力量和烟草行业高利润的优势，在现代物流系统建设方面先行一步，全面推进，可以在较短时期内促进烟草物流系统技术水平的大幅提升；另一方面，相对的封闭性，特殊的管理体制，也对物流系统集成商提出了更高的要求，要求烟草物流集成商既要熟悉烟草行业特殊的特点，具有丰富的烟草物流系统建设经验，又要熟悉国情，了解国内烟草物流管理体制。
