摘要：本文首先简单介绍了逆向物流的概念、特点和家电企业开展逆向物流的必要性，然后通过分析目前扬州市家电企业逆向物流的发展现状，包括扬州电子废弃物产生量的调查和目前扬州市家电企业开展逆向物流的模式等，找出了目前扬州市家电企业开展逆向物流存在的问题，最后针对这些问题提出了相应的发展对策。

Abstract: First of all, this article introduces the concept, characteristics of reverse logistics and appliance enterprises to develop the necessity of reverse logistics. Then this paper analyzed the current development status of reverse logistics of appliance enterprises in Yangzhou City，including electronic waste production investigation of Yangzhou and the mode of reverse logistics of appliance enterprise in Yangzhou City , etc，to find out the current reverse logistics problems of appliance enterprises in Yangzhou City. Finally，the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.

目前，废旧电子产品的回收工作主要通过众多分散的回收个体来进行，它们带有很强的利益驱动性，从而造成了我国废旧电子产品回收工作的混乱。因此，国家应明确生产商或销售商的回收责任，在不损害消费者利益的前提下使废旧电子产品通过正规、安全的渠道进入处理厂。同时规定消费者有责任将废旧电子产品交给零售商，零售商，允许制造商适当加收回收处理费用。要考虑我国的实际情况，在回收报废品时给消费者一定的奖励，以提高消费者协助回收的积极性。同时还应加强对城市、农村旧货市场的管理，防止报废电子产品重新进入流通领域。引导和鼓励消费者优先选购环境友好型产品和实施回收制度企业的产品。同时，政府在采购商品时要起到表率作用。政府要合理确定各类产品的使用年限，确保消费者的使用安全。政府要协助生产企业建立方便有效的逆向物流网络，采取多种措施确保回收渠道的顺畅。
