摘 要：对外直接投资是发展中国家经济发展的途径之一，因此发展中国家应大力响应国际的号召，大力对外直接投资。本文从对外直接投资的相关理论入手，研究对外直接投资的含义和特点，然后结合发展中国家FDI的现状，说明发展中国家对外直接投资的必要性。通过对发展中国家FDI的研究，得出发展中国家FDI发展的经验，提出推进中国企业对外直接投资的经验和建议。

ABSTRACT：Foreign direct investment is one of the ways of economic development in developing countries, and that developing countries should vigorously respond to the call of the international vigorously foreign direct investment.
