摘 要：以目前的中国国情来看，发展是中国最主要的任务，而其中经济发展则是重中之重。发展离不开投资，投资环境就决定了投资金额的大小和质量。本文从中国的政策环境、市场环境和基础设施上来综合分析中国投资环境的现状和问题，在这基础上提出自己的观点和解决对策。在总结前人研究的基础上客观的看待投资环境对国际投资的影响，本文对材料进行了逻辑与数据验证，同时本文尽可能地选取可量化的指标进行评价。通过本文所进行的研究调查，庞大的市场规模和良好的市场增长潜力是我国投资环境最大的优势：我国的政策法规环境为国际投资者提供了良好的政策投资优惠；中国传统的文化价值观和庞大的海外华人群体是我国投资环境的独特优势；虽然我国的基础设施环境比较于发达国家还有所欠缺，但是前景很乐观。在我国推动市场转型的今天，在保证最优化协调我国投资环境优势前提下，为国际投资者创造一个公平、公正、公开、高效的运营环境。

ABSTRACT：China's main task is development at the current situation, and the economic development is the most important. Development is dependent on the investments, and the investment environment decides the size of the investment and quality. This paper rely on policy environment, market environment and infrastructure analyzing the investment environment problems of China comprehensively, based on that put out my views and solutions. In previous studies based on objective look at the impaction of the investment environment for international investment, this paper selects quantitative indicators to evaluate and makes some material logic and data validation. Study conducted by survey, the large market size and market growth potential is the biggest advantage of the investment environment in China: China's policy and regulatory environment for international investors to provide good policy investment incentives; China's traditional cultural values and large overseas Chinese community is the unique advantages of China's investment environment; Although China's infrastructure environment is in developed countries, which had been lacking, however, the development of the infrastructure environment is very optimistic. In promote the market transformation days, to ensure optimal coordination under the premise of the advantages of the investment environment in China, to create a fair, just, open and efficient operating environment for international investors.
