摘 要：党在十六大提出了“新型工业化道路”的重大战略决策，在十七大报告中则进一步明确指出要坚持中国特色新型工业化。围绕这一重大战略决策，国内学者进行了广泛研究和探讨。重庆的学术界也对本市的新型工业化进行了详尽的讨论，重庆市委市政府结合重庆的实际情况，提出了走新型工业化道路的战略举措。重庆作为中国最大的直辖市也是西部唯一的直辖市，地属内陆、重工业格局明显的老工业基地，走新型工业化道路有自身的优势也有自身的障碍。因此，本文拟讨论重庆现在工业产业条件下，最适合的新型工业化道路以及战略目标，并针对重庆在走新型工业化道路过程中面临的问题和制约提出相应的建议和对策。

ABSTRACT：The party put forward the important strategic decision of the “new-type industrialized road" in sixteen, in the 17th report further clearly pointed out the need to adhere to the new industrialization with Chinese characteristics. Around this important strategic decision, domestic scholars carried on extensive research. The academic community in Chongqing is also on the city's new-type industrialization were discussed in detail, the Chongqing municipal Party committee city hall and the actual situation in Chongqing, puts forward strategic measures to take a road to “new-type industrialization”. AS we know, Chongqing is China's largest municipality directly under the central government, and it also the only one in western. It belonged to inland, has heavy industry obvious pattern of the old industrial base, taking a road to “new-type industrialization” has its own advantages also have their own disadvantages. Therefore, this paper intends to combine the western environment, discuss Chongqing now conditions, the most suitable way for new-type industrialization and it’s strategic target, then puts forward the corresponding proposal and countermeasure against the problems and constraints facing Chongqing in taking a new road to industrialization process.
