摘要:“十二五”期间，全球投资转向东方的趋势仍然继续。中国作为市场潜力巨大、发展速度飞快的几大新兴市场之一，将继续受到各大跨国公司的青睐。但是，我国正处于经济转型时期，跨国公司在我国的投资环境与“十一五”期间（2005年-2010年）相比又发生了十分巨大的变化，这也会随之影响跨国公司在华的的投资趋势。
而跨国公司的对华投资，在经过了改革开放后三十多年的稳步发展后，已经在我国国民经济中占据了重要地位，成为推动经济增长极为重要的因素之一。上世纪90年代末以来，随着跨国公司在华投资项目的金额和规模的急剧扩大，跨国公司在华的投资对我国经济增长的拉动作用日益明显。
因此，我们要正确把握 “十二五”期间跨国公司在华投资趋势，让其尽可能发挥对我国经济的积极作用，避免消极作用。

ABSTRCT:During the twelfth five-year planning period, the trend of global investment to the East continues is quite obvious. As one of the emerging markets with huge market potential and fast pace of development, China will continue to be the hottest land that most multinational company chose to invest. However, our economy is undergoing a period of transformation. There have been a lot of profound changes in investment environment compared to the last five-year planning period, and these changes will also affect the trends of multinational investment in China.
The multinational companies’ investment towards China have occupies an important position in China's national economy and have been one of the factors that promote the development of economy during the thirty years of steady development after reform and opening up. Since the late 1990s, with the rapid expansion in the amount and size of multinational investment, multinational investment plays a more and more prominent role in stimulating the economy of China.
Therefore, in order to get the positive effect and avoid the negative effect caused by multinational investment, we should grasp the trends of multinational investment during twelfth five-year planning period precisely.
