摘要:随着世界经济的不断发展、国际市场竞争的加剧、各国关税水平的不断下降以及经济发展的不平衡,国际间的倾销与反倾销斗争更加激烈。近年来广东陶瓷企业相继遭到欧盟、阿根廷、韩国、秘鲁、印尼等国家或国际组织的反倾销调查,国外对广东陶瓷从不间断的反倾销调查严重影响了广东省陶瓷产业的发展。因此,积极应对反倾销已成为广东省陶瓷产业发展面临的重大课题。基于广东省陶瓷企业频繁遭遇反倾销的现状,文章提出了广东陶瓷企业应通过产品差异化、市场多元化来增强自身及产品的竞争力,同时,善用行会和政府的力量,为频繁遭遇反倾销的陶瓷产品出口提供应对拙见。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the world’s economy, intensified competition of international market, the continuous decline of the national tariff levels and the imbalance of economic development, international dumping and anti-dumping struggle more and more fierce. recent years, Ceramic enterprises in Guangdong province continuously suffer the anti-dumping investigations from the European Union, Argentina, Korea, Peru, Indonesia and other countries or international organizations, which has seriously affected the development of ceramic industry in Guangdong province. Therefore, how to actively respond to anti-dumping has becoming the major issue of the development of ceramic industry in Guangdong province. Facing the situation of frequently anti-dumping in Guangdong Ceramic enterprises currently, this paper suggests the ceramic enterprises in Guangdong province should be enhance themselves and their product competitiveness through product differentiation, market diversification, at the same time, make use of opinion from guilds and government.Key Words:Ceramic industry, ceramic export, anti-dumping policy
