摘要:从20 世纪60 年代人力资本理论产生以来,人力资本这一生产要素对于经济增长的作用越来越受到政府、企业、等各方的重视。而人作为创造价值的主体,在不同的教育投资,知识更新产生的折旧率和社会经济发展程度等因素的限制下,创造着不同程度的价值。而本论文是用定量方法研究苏南地区的人力资本存量状况。研究发现,苏南地区不同城市之间的人力资本存量存在明显差异。文中分析了差异的产生原因。并为促进人力资本价值增加提出了建议。
