摘要： 在经济全球化背景下，外商直接投资发展迅速，越来越多的外商直接投资企业投资于苏州，已达到了较大规模，在吸引和利用外商直接投资方面取得了显著成效。论文从苏州市外商直接投资企业的现状和主要特征分析，然后站在苏州的立场上分析外商直接投资企业在苏州投资中所产生的问题，分别从苏州产业结构、过度依赖外资、影响内资企业的发展和对资源、环境的影响，这几个角度来阐述，并提出了一些相应对策措施来促进苏州市经济的发展，尽量减小外商直接投资的负面效应,最大限度地发挥外商直接投资企业对苏州市经济的积极作用。

Abstract: In the context of economic globalization, With the rapidly development of foreign direct investment, more and more foreign companies to invest in Suzhou, has reached a larger scale,and has achieved remarkable success in attracting and utilizing foreign direct investment. This text begins with analyzing current situation of foreign companies and its major characters in Suzhou. And then, in the point view of Suzhou, it focus on the problems occurred in foreign direct investment in Suzhou, which arranges from industry structure of Suzhou, overreliance on foreign investment, local companies’ development, influence in resource and environment. This paper proposed some corresponding measures to promote economic development in Suzhou, to minimize the negative effects of foreign direct investment, foreign direct investment to maximize the positive to the Suzhou effect.
