摘要:当今世界，美国和中国是最重要的两个经济体。在中国的对外贸易中，中美贸易的地位举足轻重。自1979年中美建交以来，两国关系不断发展，双边贸易额也持续增长。中美贸易关系对两国经济的发展，甚至世界经济的繁荣稳定都具有重要作用。然而随着中美贸易的发展，贸易摩擦的发生也越来越频繁，特别在2008年金融危机后，中美贸易摩擦在频率、强度和手段等方面全面升级。这不仅影响了中美关系的正常发展，而且也给我国带来了重大损失。
为全面了解中美贸易摩擦，本文首先简要介绍其历史和现状，分析现阶段中美贸易摩擦的特点；再结合近年典型案例，分析贸易摩擦对中国的影响，找出中美贸易中存在的问题，并提出有效应对策略；紧接着对中国的贸易摩擦预警机制进行研究，找出其中的不足，提出完善的方法意见，以期减弱贸易摩擦对中国的负面影响。最后，对全文作出总结，得出结论，并对未来的中美贸易关系发展趋势提出展望。

Abstract:In today’s world, the United States and China are the two most important economies. Among China’s foreign trade relations, Sino-US trade plays an important part. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States in 1979, the Sino-US economic relation had developed a lot. Sino-US economic relation is not only good to both countries, but also good to the prosperity and stability of the whole world’s economy. However, with the developing of trading relation, the trade friction between United States and China increased, especially after the financial crisis in 2008, the trade friction has upgraded in frequency, intensity and measures. Frequent trade frictions affected not only the normal development of two countries, but also brought great losses to China.
In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the Sino-US trade frictions, this essay firstly introduce the history and present situation of it, and analyse the characteristics of Sino-US trade frictions recently. Then analyse its influence to China combined with the typical cases. Find out the problems in Sino-US trade, and raise effective coping stadtegies. Next study China’s trade friction early-warning system, find out the shortcomings, and propose ideas to make the system perfect, in order to weaken Sino-US trade frictions’ negative effect to China. At last, summary the full text, make the conclusion, and look into the distance future developing trend of the Sino-US trade.
