摘 要：长期以来，作为社会发展风向标的大学没有自己的金融机构，广大师生只能把大量资金简单处理——直接存入银行。这种做法的弊端在今天已经逐渐显现，如资产缩水，银行服务质量不高等等。
在经过一系列调查研究和分析后，认为XX大学师生人数众多，市场相当大，有XX大学实验银行的空间。同时作为综合类的211大学，XX大学师资力量强，各类人才齐全，这为成立江大自己的金融机构提供了很大便利。
综上提出成立XX大学实验银行这一全新性质的金融机构。XX大学实验银行立足于大学本身，它不同于现行的以盈利为目的的普通商业银行，它只吸收大学校内师生的存款，它的投资收益高于商业银行，而贷款利率低于商业银行，主要靠银行沉淀下来的钱进行低风险投资获得的收益来维持机构的运行。该银行由专业的老师和资深专业理财人员组建成决策层，邀请商学院有能力的老师和挑选商学院优秀的学生组成执行团队，一切以学校为主，服务我校师生。
XX大学实验银行的成立不仅能够解决资本缩水的问题，为师生提供更加便捷周到的金融服务，更重要的是能够补充科研经费、发放贫困学生助学金、提供学生助学贷款和支持大学生创业等，同时也能在如今就业难的现实情况下为高年级的经济学学生提供实习的机会，为他们今后就业打下良好的基础。这对于促进我校学生的个人发展和学校全方位发展都将具有很重大的现实意义。
