摘要:随着社会经济的快速发展,企业的现代化管理对无锡市私营企业秘书人员提出了更为严格的职业素质要求。秘书是领导的辅助者,目前,无锡市私营企业部分秘书还不能正确地审视自我,及时地找出自己在职业素质方面的问题。调查发现无锡市私营企业秘书存在从业基础能力不牢靠、专业办事能力不纯熟、知识结构不完善与职业道德素质埋有隐患等问题。根据调查结果,论文从企业与秘书自身两个方面出发,提出优化秘书职业素质的有效途径:一方面企业要不断完善公司制度,为秘书人员发展创造一个良好的工作环境;另一方面秘书人员要着眼于现状,找出自己在职场上所体现出的问题,有针对性地探寻解决问题的有效途径,不断改善、提高能力以适应时代的发展。

Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy, more strict requirements on professional quality are put foward by the modern management of enterprise to the secretarie of private enterprises in Wuxi. The secretaries are the assistant of leader.Nowadays,some secretaris of private enterprise in Wuxi don’t have right self-examination.What’s more,they can’t find their problems on professional quality in time. After the survey ,we can find that there’re many problems on secretaries of private enterprise in Wuxi: Firstly,their basic abilities for job ertry are unreliable.Seondly,they are not skilled in doing professional work.Thirdly,their knowledge structure is faultiness.Last but not the least,their qualities of professional ethics are not high. According to the survey, the paper puts forward some effective ways to optimize the secretaries’ professional quality. From the aspect of enterprises,they need to create good working environment for secretaries,which will be reached by improving the company policies continuously.From the aspect of secretaries,they should be focused on the present situation and find out their own defects on professional quality.After such step,they should devote themselvs to searching effective ways to solve problems.What’s more,they should enhance their abilites to adapt to the development of age.

   随着时代的发展,私营企业的重要性在其为国家创造的利益中逐渐显现出来,国家对私营企业的扶持制度也愈加完善。无锡,作为苏南领军城市之一,其私营企业数量庞大。这些企业在制度的扶持下,发展越来越好,但仍深陷于同行的竞争压力中。为求提高竞争力,无锡市私营企业从各方面入手,其中对人才素质的要求变得更为严格。秘书作为企业中“综合服务”的重要人员,其素质关乎企业的运营效率,所以提升秘书人员的职业素质已成为各企业人力资源管理的重中之重。

   近年来很多学者都以“提升秘书人员职业素质的方法”为课题,做了较为系统的理论研究,但此种研究多停留在理论层面,很少有人从实地调研入手,对某一地区秘书素质的实际情况提出切实可行的提升方法。据此,笔者对无锡市各私营企业进行走访调查,考察了秘书人员的职业素质现状。

   今年笔者在无锡市新区南方不锈钢市场物业管理服务处实习,实习岗位是前台,主要工作是对整个南方不锈钢市场进行物业管理,工作过程中能够接触到较多的私营企业业主,所以较大程度上方便了此次调查。通过毕业实习以及对其他企业的调查,笔者对无锡市私营企业秘书职业素质的现状有了一定程度的了解。结合此次的实习经历及调查结果,笔者将对无锡市私营企业秘书职业素质的现状作出具体分析,针对现阶段秘书人员在职业素质上存在的问题,提出弥补缺陷的有效途径。
