摘要:《三国演义》作为中古典四大名著之一，以其丰富的历史文笔为我们描绘了东汉末年近百年的动荡格局，其展现的人文气息让我们沉醉，而随着时代的发展，在经济大潮中，我们因为自身的管理模式的困惑从而将我们的目光转向了这一文学巨作，而在这部历史小说中以诸葛亮、司马懿、曹操等为代表的一系列管理人士的管理方法、技巧都是值得我们借鉴的，通过他们的管理模式的学习，我们可以初步了解中国式管理，了解中国式管理的优缺点，并由此展开深化，借助不同管理模式的对比，来追寻着我们真正的中国式管理。于此同时我们通过对现代中国企业的管理模式的摸索，来看看这部经典的中国式管理的普适性，来找到中国式管理的真正出路。

Abstract:Classical in the romance of The Three Kingdoms as one of the four great classical novels, with its rich historical prose depicts for us volatile pattern of eastern han dynasty last years nearly a century, and show the humanities let's drunk, but with the development of The Times, in the economic tide, we confused because of their management mode to our eyes turned to this literature masterpiece, and in the historical novels represented by zhuge liang, sima yi, cao cao and so on a series of executive management methods and skills are worth our using for reference, by learning from their management mode, we can preliminary understanding of Chinese management, understand the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese management, and thus deepen, by contrast to the western management model, to pursue our Chinese management. At the same time we through to the modern Chinese enterprise management mode, to see the universality of this classic Chinese style management, to find out the real Chinese management way.

近年来世界经济局势比较动荡，受金融危机的影响，世界经济并没有全速发展，局部地区甚至呈现倒退的局面，可是“西方不亮，东方亮”，我国经济确取得了显著的成绩，对此西方一些经济学家开始对中国的经济模式进行研究，而与此同时我国的经济研究者也在不断探索我们的经济发展.提到经济就不得不提到企业管理，企业管理作为经济文化的重要组成部分，如果发展好将极大促进经济的发展，而随着《三国演义》等相关影视作品的播出，《三国》这一古典巨作也引起许多专家学者的注意，其中蕴含的管理知识成为成为管理研究者的重要研究对象，近年来许多人发表了许多的相关作品：「话说三国」、「三国韬略学」、「三国韬略大智典」、「曹操争霸经营史」、「诸葛孔明」、「三国谋略学」、「三国乱世经营学」、「36计说三国」、「三国人才学」等等。这些书有的以现代经营学的观点为出发点，通过描绘在商场求才或领袖人物驾驭之术、说服术、情报搜集、化危机为转机，或写处世智能、谋士斗智斗力的劲道，阐释「兵者，诡道也」的尔虞我诈、勾心斗角，充满振聋发瞶，耐人寻味的启发和提示。这极大地丰富了我国的管理学的研究，通过对于这些课题观点的研究，我们看到了一部新的三国。
