摘要:近年来我国电子商务蓬勃发展,电子商务人才需求量巨大,但电子商务专业学生就业率却很低,人才培养和市场需求形成了尖锐的矛盾。分析影响中小企业选择电子商务人才的因素,既有利于缓解电子商务人才市场需求的矛盾,也有利于促进人才培养与市场需求的有效对接。文章从我国中小企业应用电子商务的重要性出发,结合实地调查和网上调查相来分析影响中小企业选择电子商务人才的因素并作初步探讨,为促进电子商务人才充分就业提出相应建议和改进措施。

[Abstract] In recent years the development of e-business is flourishing in China and the demand for e-business talents is huge, but the employment rate of China's e-business discipline is very low. Personnel training and market demand form a sharp contradiction. Analyzing the factors those affecting the choices of e-business talents made by small and medium enterprises, is beneficial to ease the contradiction of talent market demand. Moreover, it will also help to fitness between talents training and market demand. The article starts from the importance of e-business applications for China's SMEs, combining on-the-spot and online surveys, to analyze the factors affecting the selection of e-business talents by SMEs and probe into preliminary. It will accelerate e-business talents to full employment by corresponding recommendations and improvement measures.

调查数据统计结果的分析与讨论表明:企业行业类型、公司规模、开展电子商务、人才性别因素、学校因素、学历因素、专业因素、英语水平、计算机技能水平、有无网站建设经验、相关资格证书、学习成绩、实践经验和是否为学生干部等因素对中小企业选择电子商务人才都会有一定的影响,但受影响较大的主要是企业开展电子商务、人才性别因素、学校因素、学历因素、计算机技能水平、网站建设经验和相关资格证书。因此,有效促进电子商务人才充分就业,要大力发展普及电子商务,高校教学要注意科学合理,不同层次的院校要结合自身的特点,根据当地的实际情况开设专业课程,注重培养学生计算机操作技能和实践操作的能力,辅之以相关的培训课程和资格认证考试,以提高学生的综合能力水平。总之,要注意多种综合因素对中小企业选择电子商务人才的影响,才能缓解市场上人才需求与毕业生就业的矛盾,实现人才培养与市场需求的有效对接。
