摘要：近年来，加入WTO以后我国经济发展迅速，其中中小企业发展已经成为我国的经济中不可替代的部分。但是我国中小企业的进一步发展受到许多因素的制约。我国中小企业的发展面临着许多困难。本文通过对我国中小企业发展中所遇到的问题进行研究，分析这些问题产生的具体原因。本文还将详细介绍国外主要发达国家发展中小企业的经验。美国、欧盟、日本这些发达国家的经验和教训经过长期的发展和完善，值得我国借鉴。本文通过以上分析，总结出适合我国中小企业发展的对策。

Abstract: In recent years, rapid economic development of China joined the WTO, including the development of SMEs in China's economy has become an irreplaceable part. However, the further development of SMEs in China affected by many factors. The development of SMEs in China face many difficulties.
